There are ship loads of free information on how to get six pack abs online and you might ask- was there a need for another article to litter the netscape? Well, instead of answering this question, I will let you decide whether I am littering the internet after you read this series of articles.
Yes, there are just two simple steps to get your dream six packs. Now don’t laugh at them if they look really simple. If they appear or sound simplistic, don’t blame me, because that’s how they actually are.
- You need tobe doing intelligent workouts, slog out, workout consistently
- You need to be smart with what you eat, how you eat and lastly (yes lastly, how much you eat.)
That’s it.

A smart campaigner, whether it is for losing weight to get six pack abs or it is for building up a business or for anything else has to chalk out what works best for his condition with all the discouraging and detrimental factors factored in appropriately.
The truth about abs is it is so elusive that even when you have it since you were born, you find it hard to rip out of the blanket of fat and be visible. If you are reading this sentence, I can pretty much vouch that you have been working hard for a considerable time but are still wondering why is that so hard to get the dream 6 pack abs.
It’s not hard actually. As we all see, there are 100s of thousands of ordinary people who flaunt their sexy flat stomach on beaches, ramps, at campuses and just about everywhere. You know, the weight loss forums are something I unintentionally avoided till now even though I always wanted to be there. Well, at least on a couple of them.
Most of the good ones are really frequented by the gurus who talk in super hyphenated technical jargon. I wonder what purpose it serves and how does it help the net-democracy which is out there?
Doesn’t it beat the purpose of participating in forums, at least partially?

Kurt M. Ontiveros and his Passion for Elliptical Machines
Kurt is a nice old man of not more than 65 springs whom I happened to know of only recently. We didn’t meet at a conference nor at a neighborhood function and I don’t think there was a stage set for our meeting at all. And every piece of content there is based on his editorial judgment and it’s not driven by an advertising purpose.
After all why should he do this? The very first thing Kurt says is he feels very strongly about having properly trained and informed people on duty in all healthy living medicine disciplines and to help people learn how to stay fit at home and prevent heart diseases.
I could sense that he is serious about his mission from the way he mailed to me. Obviously he is not up to selling elliptical machines or anything else. Today, he is a happy man using Elliptical Machines 3 times a week for 20 minutes each with his blood pressure under his control.
